美国校队概述

阿卡迪亚高中棒球队
虽然是高中，但运动员的训练强度却让人吃惊。队员们每周训练七次，基本上每天训练一次，一次训练持续两个半小时。美国高中的课程通常在三点钟结束。除比赛日外，训练时间一般为3:30至5:30。詹姆斯有句名言，“每一天都不是休息日”。他的这个习惯是在校队里养成的。
